Custom items cannot be resold so we do not accept returns on these items but we may consider solutions to the problem.
If the mistake is ours, we own it and re-send you a correct item.
If you have given us a wrong size or wrong address, then we may charge resizing fee to remake it and a new postage fee to re-send, if the item is returned to us.
